Consent and Agreement (from Sep. 2009 – April 2010) Date: 9/24/09 The Eastern Suburbs Rugby Football Club (ESRFC), hereby consents to the John Caroll Rugby Football Club (JCURFC), the use a ESRFC leased parcel or area of land located at the Cuyahoga County Airport, in the city of Richmond Heights, AS A GUEST and subject to and upon the following terms and conditions: The following criteria will be required. Any infractions will be considered a breach of agreement and will be subsequent to revoking the privileges. 1. No drugs or alcohol are permitted at CC airport. 2. Park in designated area only (Horizon building parking lot), JCURFC must provide directional signs & parking director personnel for home matches indicating parking areas. 3. No parking on grass. 4. No Public urination (portable toilets are located in the north east corner of the site) 5. No public exposure of genitals at CC airport (including parking area and pitch etc.) 6. Respect ALL CC airport employees and their requests. 7. No open fires or fire pits 8. Schedule all practices and matches with John Hummel so as not to overlap match times or events. 9. Participate in all field maintenance events and or donations. (Seed, dirt, fertilizer etc.) (Approximately 2-3 pitch maintenance events per year). 10. JCURFC will be responsible for Lining/painting pitch prior to JCURFC matches. (ESRFC Sherwin Williams discount available if needed) pitch must be lined correctly. 11. Maintain good standing status with local union and USA rugby. 12. Pitch and parking area must be cleared of all debris & garbage after any pitch function. All debris & garbage shall be removed from site. 13. JCURFC shall be responsible for the conduct & parking of supporters, members and visiting team supporters and members. 14. JCURFC president (or appointed officer) shall attend All ESRFC E.C. Meetings. (Approximately 2 meetings per year) convenient times and dates are coordinated. 15. ESRFC may terminate this Consent and Agreement to JCURFC at any time for any reason. Upon any such termination JCURFC shall promptly vacate the Premises and cease any further use of the leased parcel of land. 16. This Consent and Agreement shall be extended by amendment, prior to the beginning of each rugby spring and fall seasons. |
