The IRB created a program to explain the rules of rugby and techniques for dynamic and safe play. On the website, you can view videos on a wide range of topics from tackling, to the scrum and lineout. You can access the videos at the official site (registration required) or view them on youtube.

Rugby Laws / Rules

You can either print the 2009 IRB Laws of the Game PDF or go to the www.irblaws.com website where you can view video explanations of each law.
